The following two groups are groups that have been set up and are functioning in the local communities. (Ramsey, Warboys and Somersham) Please check their pages to find out more about the meetings. These meetings are informal, friendly and allow you to get your feelings out into the universe and off of your chest.

If you are thinking about quitting drinking or drugs – please contact your GP before you do. delirium tremens (The DT’s) can be dangerous or life threatening if untreated. Your doctor will be able to advise you on how to detox safely.
